Think, Answer, Act

Welcome to the first week of what I hope will be a life-affirming journey that will excite and ignite you! I am a life coach, author, professional speaker, and the founder of an on-line lifestyle solutions community for women. Please visit my site often for that week's article.

For the next 52 weeks, I'm going to introduce you to practical life skills, success tools, and fulfillment concepts designed to help you take control of your life and reclaim your passion. These skills, tools, and concepts will be pulled from my book, Remodel Your Reality.

If you'll allow me to be your coach, I’ll put three things in front of you each week;

  • one provocative thing to think about,
  • one powerful question to answer, and
  • one transformative challenge to take.
When you invest a few moments to think, answer, and act each week, you'll watch your life (and feel yourself) begin to transform. Here we go. Let's talk about power. One Thing To Think About There is an incredible power within you. In fact, it lives within each one of us. Your power will be expressed in a way that is unique to you, and once found it will impact your life and the lives of everyone around you in a profound (and fabulous) way.

Your power may be hidden beneath layers of fear and shame. It may be sleeping, worn out from trying to get your attention as you run through life. It may be sitting on the sidelines of your heart, uncertain about how the people in your life will respond when it ventures out. No matter how it waits, I promise you it is waiting. It wants to be uncovered, awakened, and unleashed.

One Question To Answer What one thing do you need to START doing or STOP doing in order to give your power the chance to show up in your life?

One Challenge To Take DO that one thing this week - or - STOP doing the one thing you know is holding you back. That's all there is to it. You're on your way!

Until Next Week
