Great Free Resources of Yoga for Healthy Life Updated

Yoga is not a form of professional treatment of serious illness. But it’s going to become a standard of care and healthy life. Yoga has a range of poses and well set out sequences for persons with different profiles and conditions. There are several simple positions as well as more complex ones. You must always begin with simple poses and gradually over time move toward the complex ones. It is not as if maximum benefits cannot be achieved with simple positions. Quite contrarily, maximum benefits would be achieved by what is “acceptable” to your body.

In most of the cases, it is advised to practice Yoga in the guideline of a trainer and even advised to consult your physician before starting any practice. But we know; there are several simple postures that is as easy as sitting on the chair, laying or sitting on the floor or on your bed. We are trying to compile these postures that is simple to do without a trainer.

During the research we have gone through many great ligature that we think might give you some in-depth knowledge of Yoga. YogaVidya has got some free pdfs as well as priced hardcover printed books on Yoga and related literature that is worth having a look if you are interested in it for your healthy life.

We are compiling a series on simple Yoga practices that anyone can do in home office or walking on the street (like breathing techniques of Yoga). It will appear on this blog shortly. Meanwhile we shall continuously post various free sources of information on this topic.
