Healing Affirmations - A Christian, Biblical Approach to Healing

Anyone can easily develop their own Daily Affirmation Program. There are reasons that some Daily Affirmations Work and Some Don't. The most common reason that these types of programs fail is their inability to get the user to "believe" in the affirmation.

For Christians, Bible Verses can be used as Daily Affirmations. Usually, we have no blocks or negative thoughts when it comes to God's Word. Because the power of God's Word is so phenominal, that when we incorporate His will(The Word) for us into a Daily Affirmation Healing Program, the results can be miraculous.

I have found that the 3 Step Approach to a Daily Affirmation Program is the best.

STEP 1 -Say each verse Outloud at least 3 times each. This is crucial because as you know "faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God". There is something to be said about hearing your own voice recite the Word of God. Replace your "name" and "I" when you can. Here's and example that I use for Exodus 15:26:

If you want faster results, record each affirmation/verse and then listen to them with headphones as you fall asleep.

"Janet listens carefully to the voice of the Lord her God and does what is right in his eyes, I pay attention to his commands and keep all his decrees, Hewill not bring on me any of the diseases He brought on the Egyptians, for He is the Lord, who heals me."

STEP 2 -Write out your affirmations/Verses daily. Again, write each one 3 times. You handwriting each verse will not give you the opportunity to just "say" them. Writing something really forces you to think on each word.

STEP 3 -Keep the Word/Daily Healing Affirmations in front of you. I accomplish this in 2 ways.

First- I write down each Verse/affirmation on a 3 X 5 index card. Then anytime that I am waiting for something (stop light, kids, in line at the supermarket) I read my affirmations.

Second-I have a Have a Home-Based Online Business so I am in front of the computer a lot. Proverbs 4:20-23 My son, pay attention to what I say: listen closely to my words. Do not let them out of your sight, keep them within your heart: for they are life to those who find them and health to a man’s whole body. Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life.

Matthew 8:2-3 A man with leprosy came and knelt before him and said, “Lord, if you are willing, you can make me clean.” Jesus reached out his hand and touched the man, “I am willing,” he said. “Be clean!” Immediately he was cured of his leprosy.

Matthew 8:17 This is to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet Isaiah: “He took up our infirmities and carried our diseases.”

Matthew 18: 18-19 I tell you the truth, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose o earth will be loosed in heaven. Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven, For where two or three come together in my name there am I with them.”

Matthew: 21:21 Jesus replied, “I tell you the truth, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, “Go, throw yourself into the sea,” and it will be done. If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.”
